    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for assisting with implementation and administration of recruitment programs for a large home-based contractor population.
    • Leverage multiple resources to source active and passive candidates, including but not limited to job boards, social media, non- profit organizations
    • Screen incoming applications, background, and reference checks
    • Conduct virtual informational sessions for prospective applicants
    • Assist in building and deploying a remote workforce sourcing strategy
    • Work within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process.
    • Promote the Company image to candidates and external service providers

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in related field
    • 2+ years of experience, 1 year high volume preferred
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail 
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables 
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office 
    • Self-starter, sense of urgency, works well under pressure,ability to work remotely or in an office in a high-velocityenvironment
    Workers in this position will be in a general office environment and required to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop and lift to 50 pounds while operating office equipment and conducting daily duties.
