  • Overview

    The Certification Intern will partner with the Client Results Team and Learning Team to categorize agent quality trends and identify opportunities for enhancement within agent curriculum to improve the caller experience.



    • Enroll and graduate from Liveops University curriculum
    • Partner with Client Results team to enroll in Client’s sandbox site
    • Listen to agent calls and identify any areas for improvement within the curriculum
    • Partner with Certification SME (Subject Matter Expert) on additions/revisions that may improve the agent education and caller experience  
    • Collaborate with Certification SME, Client Results Manager, Director, and Learning Team on curriculum revisions


    • Good Communication skills
    • Able to use Web Ex or Zoom
    • Proficient in Microsoft products: Word, Excel, Powerpoint

    Workers in this position will be in a general office environment and required to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop and lift to 50 pounds while operating office equipment and conducting daily duties.
