    We expect the intern to assist with various sourcing activities, update and manage ATS as needed, assist with metric reporting and planning, and participate and organize TA meetings as needed.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist with external job postings
    • Create requisitions
    • Management and organization of recruiting requisition
    • Support organization and department initiatives
    • Provide recommendations to improve the department
    • Work both independently and within a team
    • Take initiative to achieve personal career goals
    • Provide hands on experience in your area of study
    • Collaborate directly with your leader

    Qualifications

    • Strong organizational skills
    • Strong time management skills
    • Strong attention to detail skills
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
    • Proficient verbal and written communication skills

     

    Workers in this position will be in a general office environment and required to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop and lift to 50 pounds while operating office equipment and conducting daily duties.
