The Learning Team is tasked with creation of high quality and impactful certification materials that provide Independent Agents with the knowledge and skills needed for servicing Liveops clients. In the Instructional Design role, you will be assigned a project and work with internal and external Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to write instructional content aligned to overall business and program objectives.
