  • Instructional Designer - Contract Position

  • Overview

    The Learning Team is tasked with creation of high quality and impactful certification materials that provide Independent Agents with the knowledge and skills needed for servicing Liveops clients. In the Instructional Design role, you will be assigned a project and work with internal and external Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to write instructional content aligned to overall business and program objectives.


    • Work closely with internal team members, client partners, and SMEs to translate business objectives into distance learning solutions and ensure materials are instructionally sound and impactful.
    • Creates learning programs that incorporate product information, sales, and customer service strategies to enable independent agents to deliver a quality experience.
    • Design training simulations that build agent capability effectively using a client’s web based or external application to enact transactions.
    • Develop testing to measure and assess effectiveness of the curriculum and learner performance.
    • Integrate results back into new and existing course content as needed.
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of training development processes and tools.


    • Minimum 3 years’ experience designing training curricula and all corresponding program elements, including product, behavioral, and systems training.
    • Master’s Degree in Instructional Design, Educational Psychology, or equivalent preferred.
    • Superb verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to modify development methodologies to address the needs of different learning styles.
    • Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation.
    • A demonstrated ability to engage participants in a remote learning venue.
    • Experience using eLearning tools (i.e., Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, etc.) to create self-paced simulations and training.
    • Experience using Microsoft Office and Google Apps.
    • Demonstrate and act in accordance with Liveops Values.
    • Practice and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
