    Liveops, a growing disruptor in the BPO space offering a scalable virtual contact center customer service solution, is seeking an intern for our Marketing department.  Reporting to the Marketing Programs Manager in the Demand Generation team, this person will be enrolled full-time at a university or college studying marketing or business.

    We are looking for a driven individual who wants to launch a career in B2B marketing. You will provide assistance to the marketing team in the areas of marketing programs, project management and marketing operations.  We offer a flexible schedule and a staff of experienced senior marketing professionals to provide extensive training, guidance and support, as well as the opportunity to experience the industry and gain valuable work experience.  


    Intern Responsibilities:

    • Assist the marketing team in coordinating and executing marketing campaigns and projects
    • Assist with reporting and data operations -- Salesforce experience a plus but not required
    • Support lead generation, event marketing, social media, research, and media buy programs; google adwords, SEO, or LinkedIn experience a plus
    • Facilitate team feedback on various projects and content items
    • Help build out content for internal sales enablement site

    You will have the opportunity to learn common and industry leading marketing and sales automation technologies such as SalesForce, Pardot, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, and LinkedIn. Any experience you might already have with these platforms is helpful but not required.



    Intern Requirements:

    • Clear communicator with excellent writing skills in articulating complex technologies
    • Familiarity and fluency in Microsoft Office


    Workers in this position will be in a general office environment and required to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop and lift to 50 pounds while operating office equipment and conducting daily duties.
