This position will aid the Director of Agent Results Advocates. The ARA Director is responsible for management and coordination of support and activities for all program verticals. Intern will help develop, initiate and determine performance strategies to maximize ARA and program results. He / she will work cross-functionally to create and implement support initiatives. Intern will need to be a self-starter with a key emphasis on communication, creativity, customer care, quality assurance, recruiting, coaching and training.
