  • Overview

    This position will aid the Director of Agent Results Advocates. The ARA Director is responsible for management and coordination of support and activities for all program verticals. Intern will help develop, initiate and determine performance strategies to maximize ARA and program results. He / she will work cross-functionally to create and implement support initiatives. Intern will need to be a self-starter with a key emphasis on communication, creativity, customer care, quality assurance, recruiting, coaching and training.

    Responsibilities

    Intern Responsibilities:
    • Work with numerous cross-functional teams to learn all about Liveops, its many programs, and internal culture.
    •  Regularly communicate with the agent community in our social media avenue called LiveopsNation to promote active agent engagement.
    •  Create and implement support initiatives that will engage both the ARAs and the agent community.
    • Meet with Agent Results Advocates on a regular basis to determine performance strategies and track performance initiatives.
    • Recruiting, interviewing, and coaching of new ARAs.

    Qualifications

    Intern Requirements:
    •  Students applying for this internship must have strong communication skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
    • Students applying for this internship must be willing to work with a remote mentor/manager.
     
    Workers in this position will be in a general office environment and required to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop and lift to 50 pounds while operating office equipment and conducting daily duties.
