    Responsibilities

    The  Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing, developing, and driving results for one of our clients. The Manager work with internal stakeholders, drive outcomes leveraging sound metrics and SLA’s, project management, and implement initiatives to accelerate candidate pipeline growth and achieve Liveops overall talent acquisition goals.

     

    The ideal candidate will understand the talent acquisition landscape, drive strategy and results, and must understand Liveops business talents needs while driving team performance and optimization services.

     

    This role has an opportunity to make a significant impact on the business. Success measures for this position will be directly tied to increasing quality of contractor, decreasing time to fill, decreasing cost of contractor and providing extraordinary customer experience.

     

     

    RECRUITING STRATEGY:

    • Responsible for the leadership, design, development and execution of both an effective short-term and long-term recruiting strategy by business unit
    • Works in conjunction with Online Marketing Specialist to determine appropriate spend and quarterly focus for social and digital recruiting initiatives
    • Direct the team's internal and external sourcing and contracting activities to ensure the best candidate selection for each micro community. Identifies market focus for specific Micro-communities
    • Develops and supports strategies to enhance the company’s diversity recruitment strategy through relationship building with colleges and universities, veterans’ organizations, disability placement organizations.
    • Manages contractual relationships with job boards, job fairs and various internet job search websites for posting requisitions and identifying pools of candidates

               

     

    DATA and METRICS

    • Exercises supervision in terms of costs, methods, and staffing to support business needs and maintain consistency with the organization's overall growth strategy.
    • Assists in determining the correct ratios and then ensures Recruiter/contractor ratio is maintained
    • Ensure that the contractor recruitment process is conducted efficiently, economically, and in accordance with the organization's policies
    • Responsible for analyzing data to identify gaps, trends, and required areas of focus. Partner with leadership to establish recruiting metrics and analytics that provide insights, guide decision making, and measure team productivity and program ROI.   

    Qualifications

    • An exceptional passion and proven track record of recruiting top qualified candidates for a wide range of positions.
    • Demonstrated success in high volume full-cycle recruiting
    • 2-4 years proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
    • Bachelor’s degree is required
    • Demonstrated experience with continuous process improvement for talent acquisition
    • Demonstrated experience working effectively in a team environment
    • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
    • Excellent communicator, both written and verbally
    • Experience working with stakeholders, as well as serving as a strategic partner
    • Excellent organization skills and prioritization abilities
    • Experience with a growing organization with multiple business units requiring relationship building and establishing a balance between consistency and flexibility to meet customer needs.
    • Are results oriented and a self-starter who enjoys a challenge and is dedicated to “rolling up the sleeves” and getting the job done with minimal support and direction.
