  • Overview

    Liveops is growing rapidly and we are looking for a knowledgeable and talented HR Specialist for our People Department.  In this dynamic position, you will assist with recruiting, onboarding, benefit administration and HR Administration.  We are looking for someone that is looking to continue to grow their career in the HR field.  

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in the administration of all benefits and retirement programs.
    • Administer new hire, job promotion/transfers and pay changes into the HRIS system and run related reports.
    • Maintain all personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
    • Assist the recruiting department with sourcing and scheduling interviews.
    • Coordinate new hire benefit enrollment and answer questions regarding various benefit options.
    • Responsible for handling employment verifications.
    • Reconcile and process invoices.
    • Administrative duties related to Human Resources
    • Additional tasks, projects and event coordination as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR environment.
    • Bachelor’s Degree in human resources preferred
    • PHR preferred but not required
    • Experience with HRIS systems and running reports.
    • Appropriate handling of confidential information
    • Proven, advanced competency using Excel and PowerPoint
    • Demonstrate strong communication skills, strong attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and organization skills.

    Workers in this position will be in a general office environment and required to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds while operating office equipment and conducting daily duties.
