    Liveops is searching for a passionate Social Media Specialist to develop the vision, strategy and execution of our brand presence.   The ideal candidates will come into the role able to demonstrate strong analytical skills, measures of success as it relates to social & chat programs, strong writing skills and an understanding of the connection between compassionate customer care response and the company’s success. The successful candidates will display enthusiasm for the social media universe and relative ease while using it, and able to conceptualize new ideas and initiatives to enhance the customer and employee experience.

    Responsibilities

    • Create content for social media campaigns. 
    • Generate captivating,  high-quality content that coincides with Liveops Marketing brand.
    • Help create and define social marketing strategies that reach and engage the most customers possible.
    • Conduct research and analyze the competition.
    • Report on social media metrics; continuously improve by analyzing and acting on metrics, best practices, and trends.
    • Serve as social media subject matter expert – understand social media trends, updates, and changes, and work with the marketing team to implement findings quickly and strategically
    • Monitor all social media channels to help customers with inquiries or complaints; respond to comments and messages across all platforms in a timely and positive manner

    Qualifications

    • 2 years’ experience managing social programs preferred
    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
    • Creative thinker with outstanding oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to self-start and drive process in this newly created position
    • Collaboration skills required to work with client and cross function
    • Experience with call centers, call marketing a plus but not required.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use internal software.

    • Ability to quickly prioritize and manage requests, and to simultaneously manage multiple projects.

     

     

    Workers in this position will be in a general office environment and required to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop and lift to 50 pounds while operating office equipment and conducting daily duties.
