  • Overview

    As the Payment Solutions Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our agents- it is critical that you help provide them with predictable, compassionate and timely resolutions to their questions and inquiries while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude. You we be responsible for a range of tasks including but not limited to the verification of all subscription payments, refunds, follow up for any outstanding charges, addressing Liveops agent inquires, along with shipping of product. A teammate within Liveops exhibits creativity and skill in delivering practical solutions and thrives in a collaborative team environment.


    • Assist Liveops Agent’s with account maintenance
    • Return agent inquiries within the 24hr SLA to ensure excellent customer service
    • Ensure LiveOps Agents payments are processed and provide credits as needed
    • Communicate and work with appropriate teams and leadership to ensure Agent requirements are met.
    • Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining pertinent information and investigating issues.
    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
    • Shipping and tracking of any equipment needed for agents
    • Maintain monthly subscriptions plan
    • Administer and follow collection guidelines for any declined or chargeback transactions
    • Assist with chargeback disputes


    • Two years’ experience of ecommerce payment processing
    • Must have excellent analytical and organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with changing needs and deadlines.
    • Requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to effectively interact and communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels staff and outside professionals.
    • Ability to work both independently and participate as a team member
    • Ability to follow tasks through to completion and meet deadlines
    • Basic knowledge of HTML a plus


    Workers in this position will be in a general office environment and required to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds while operating office equipment and conducting daily duties.
