    We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Marketing Specialist for our fast-paced Talent Acquisition management team. The Talent Acquisition Marketing Specialist develops and implements our talent acquisition marketing and employment branding strategies to elevate and amplify our company brand along with our Clients’ brands as a destination employer. Partnering with the Talent Acquisition Management team, this job develops and leverages content that will assist in the attraction of talent.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement a national recruitment marketing programs designed to create a talent pipeline of active and passive candidates; with a targeted focus on candidate engagement through social media channels.
    • Build social media and branding partnerships that support talent acquisition goals
    • Create content for career website as well as content that employees can use to elevate and amplify the brand in their own social media presence
    • Coordinate and implement agent blog content to be leveraged via website and social media campaigns
    • Increase our talent acquisition presence and interaction on social media sites (Facebook, Twitter, Glassdoor etc.) to generate candidate flow
    • Assist with design of TA marketing materials
    • Analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns (ROI) to maximize results. Track, analyze and report program results, adjusting future activities to reflect key learning’s
    • Continually improve program with innovative strategies that anticipate changes in candidate preferences
    • May perform other duties and responsibilities

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree required - previous marketing, or recruiting is preferred
    • Minimum 3-5 years' experience defining and developing new programs, marketing content, tools and processes in support of recruiting needs in a high-growth environment
    • Social media background, employer branding, and experience with recruiting tools like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Twitter, and other candidate marketing tools.
    • Exhibit a high energy level and a proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently
    • Experience in positions requiring communication with a global and diverse audience
    • Ability to develop and implement a plan in support of a broad set of goals
    • Able to manage multiple priorities in a highly dynamic environment
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

     

    Workers in this position will be in a general office environment and required to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop and lift to 50 pounds while operating office equipment and conducting daily duties.
