  • Overview

    The Talent Acquisition Team is focused on attracting and qualifying top talent to contract with LiveOps while delivering best in class applicant experience.  The Talent Acquisition team is responsible for meeting and exceeding business stakeholders’ expectations for talent delivery.  As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your day will focus on the selection of applicants to become contractors with LiveOps. 


    • Responsible for assisting with implementation and administration of recruitment programs for a large home-based contractor population.  Licensed insurance experience preferred.
    • Leverage multiple resources to source active and passive candidates, including but not limited to job boards, social media, non- profit organizations to meet contracting demands 
    • Screen incoming applications, background, and reference checks 
    • Conduct virtual informational sessions for prospective applicants as needed 
    • Assist in building and deploying a remote workforce sourcing strategy 
    • Work within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process. 
    • Responsible for knowing and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations and guidelines.                                                                                                                       
    • Other duties as assigned which fall within the scope of this position
    • Promote the Company image to candidates and external service providers


    • Bachelor's Degree in related field, or equivalent work experience required
    • 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition role with 1 year in a high-volume recruitment role preferred
    • Experience and knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), iCIMS preferred
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Self-starter, sense of urgency, works well under pressure, ability to work remotely or in an office in a high-velocity environment
    • Ability to work evenings, weekends and overtime as needed

    Workers in this position will be in a general office environment and required to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds while operating office equipment and conducting daily duties.
