  • Overview

    The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for creating the marketing communication plan as well as managing content creation efforts across a variety of platforms including the website, print, blog, PR, and social media channels. This position is also responsible for managing our external PR agency and implementing PR campaigns.  

     

     

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as primary writer and brand advocate for LIveops, creating content and managing resources to deliver market, web, PR and product content.
    • Establish a communications roadmap and external programs, optimizing and ensuring effectiveness of marketing communications.
    • Working with solutions marketing and PR to create storylines to effectively promote Liveops’ services and capabilities.
    • Manage external PR firm to research and integrate news, trends and compelling stories for the BPO market.

    Qualifications

    • 4+ years’ relevant communications and marketing experience.
    • Excellent written and oral communications skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage marketing/communication with third-parties.
    • Creative copywriting; a story-teller with an eye for detail.
    • Flexible, able to work independently, set and follow priorities, manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
    • Experience working in a distributed and fast-paced work environment.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and prefers working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity.
    • Experience with PowerPoint and graphic design programs is a plus.

     

    Workers in this position will be in a general office environment and required to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop and lift to 50 pounds while operating office equipment and conducting daily duties.
