    Liveops is expanding their downtown Portland office and seeking a Marketing Programs Manager.

     

    We are looking for someone who has had a transformative effect on their business through managing marketing campaigns. You will develop and execute lead generation, ABM, field marketing, and operational campaigns to meet aggressive goals, driving pipeline growth through the  sales funnel to deliver conversions and opportunities.

     

    This role will work in collaboration with Sales, SDRs, Solutions and Marcom to execute a strategy for personalized, continuous conversations with B2B prospects across marketing channels.  You will also conduct data analyses and make recommendations that will be used to inform strategic decisions.  You are one of the primary drivers of marketing success at Liveops. This role reports to the Director of Demand Generation.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Campaign management: Plan, manage and execute targeted lead gen, ABM and digital marketing campaigns for target verticals, accounts and personas, ensuring we maximize all channel opportunities
    • Field Marketing: Drive brand awareness and qualified sales meetings through various face to face interaction based programs, managing and executing events, seminars, and roadshows
    • Marketing Automation: Administer the marketing automation platform (Pardot) with email drip and lead nurture campaigns.  Build targeted nurture streams for each segment, deploying a sequence of assets and messages. Manage marketing database including segmentation & enrichment. 
    • Reporting & Salesforce:  Test, measure and optimize programs on an ongoing basis; proactivly provide reporting and analysis to stakeholders.  Provide visibility across the sales funnel and contribute to salesforce maintenance.

    Qualifications

    • BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
    • 5 years experience managing marketing campaigns or operations at a B2B focused company
    • S​alesforce experience required; Pardot experience a plus
    • Go-getter with strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a growth mindset
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects at once
    • Strong communications skills
    • Strong analytical skills and experience with Salesforce reporting
    • Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to grow
