Overview

We are searching for a driven IT security professional with a passion for security monitoring, vulnerability analysis, and incident response at LiveOps, a provider of virtual call center solutions. As our Senior Security Administrator, you will hold an influential position building and managing our Security Operations environment. In addition to this core responsibility, you'll also help ensure that IT systems, networks and infrastructure are designed, implemented, and operated in accordance with applicable security standards and practices, including PCI-DSS.

You will be accountable for defining a comprehensive security framework and associated policies and processes, managing the audit and compliance process, managing the compliance response process, developing metrics and championing compliance initiatives across LiveOps’ business units.

You will collaborate closely with members of the Liveops corporate functions such as Human Resources, Legal and other business stakeholders to ensure compliance requirements are understood. This role will also coordinate efforts with Information Security teams, Security Steering Committees and internal and external auditors to ensure that compliance requirements are appropriately addressed, tracked and reported to business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • PCI & HIPAA compliance and auditing while working with multiple groups within LiveOps, project managers, and auditors.
  • Architecting and implementing logging and security auditing solutions based on open source and proprietary tool sets.
  • Vulnerability scanning with multiple tool sets as well as shared responsibilities for web application penetration testing.
  • Creating and refining information security policies and procedures
  • Developing business continuity plans with all business unit stakeholders
  • Responding to client inquiries of security policy compliance

Qualifications

  • CISSP certification preferred
  • 2-5 years of related experience
  • BS/BA from an accredited 4-year university
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral)
  • Strong organizational, operational, and process skills
