Overview

Liveops is expanding and adding to our SDR team. Do you love prospecting and solving problems? Do you love being on the phone? We’re looking for someone with proven success executing outbound prospecting into B2B companies, with a goal of creating qualified meetings for sales executives. You will immediately contribute to our growth and make an impact now. Join us and seize the opportunity to learn the BPO business from a proven disrupter in this space.  Growth path to Sales or Account Management roles in sight for high performers.  Earnings include a base salary plus commissions.

 

In this rewarding role, you will work collaboratively with a team of driven Sales Professionals, supported by a fine-tuned Marketing team.

 

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business qualified outbound opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline by prospecting into target accounts and contacts
  • Conduct high level conversations with Senior Execs in prospect accounts
    • Give a high-level overview of LiveOps – what solutions we offer
    • Engage in dialog to identify prospects’ business challenges
    • Successfully articulate LiveOps value propositions
    • Confirm prospects interest in LiveOps and schedule calls and meetings
  • Execute proper pre-call research and plan company approach
  • Information gathering: what can you find out about this account that would make our approach go faster – or that would or wouldn’t make them a good fit for our business model?
  • Contact your prospects via a cadence that is based on customer needs, customer pain, and deciphering their buying cycle
  • Coordinate with marketing to ensure proper air cover during outbound
  • Work collaboratively with sales execs to nurture early stage leads
  • Report weekly on call metrics, surfacing trends and sharing positive and negative results with marketing and sales teams

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of outbound sales development
  • Excellent prospecting abilities – creativity a plus
  • Motivated by a commission-based comp plan with a competitive base salary
  • Confidence in speaking to senior level executives
  • Track record of over-achieving quota in past positions
  • Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Ability to develop and implement a plan of action
  • Strong computer skills, including Salesforce, Microsoft products
  • Bachelor Degree Required

Workers in this position will be in a general office environment and required to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop and lift to 50 pounds while operating office equipment and conducting daily duties.
