LiveOps is looking for a VP of Community Talent Acquisition with a record of successes, to be responsible for managing the acquisition of members for our independent agent community. Our independent agent community is made of thousands of home based entrepreneurial individuals and small businesses. This role requires an understanding and appreciation of motivations of our community members. This role is also responsible for creating a virtual presence for LiveOps, as well as social networking and referral strategies used for creating and maintaining viral targeted sourcing initiatives.
This includes: Strategic planning, both short and long-term, oversight of the sourcing and qualification teams, performance metrics reporting, and viral (online)strategy. The successful go-getter and energetic hire will develop the strategy, re-align all sourcing resources (internal team and agencies), and manage strategic agency/vendor partnerships to provide timely and pro-active sourcing services. Leading with an end-to-end talent management mindset, we're looking for a successful professional with a track record for strategizing, innovating and driving operational excellence within a high volume, fast-paced dynamic work environment. Candidate must have proven competency in applying new technologies and models to traditional industries.

Workers in this position will be in a general office environment and required to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds while operating office equipment and conducting daily duties.
