In this rewarding roll you will partner with account managers to develop program specific goals and quality targets and interact with the client as requested including attending client meetings. Collaboration with internal cross-functional teams as well as external partners to proactively develop continuous improvement initiatives.
In this role, your job is to plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of seven key initiatives for the business. Projects involve department across the organization including Sales, Client Services, Operations, Project Management, Training, Recruiting and Culture.
Workers in this position will be in a general office environment and required to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds while operating office equipment and conducting daily duties.
