Overview

Combine your exceptional attention to detail with technical aptitude in a fast-paced environment at LiveOps, a provider of virtual call center solutions. As the ambassador between our internal business units and our clients, you will spearhead client implementations and day to day requests on the LiveOps proprietary platform.

 

As a Professional Services Business Analyst, you will be part of a dedicated team within the Professional Services organization supporting client operations, work internally with a variety of cross-functional groups, and develop technical solutions for business problems.

 

Your primary mission as a Business Analyst, will be to help define, analyze, and manage implementation projects for LiveOps clients. Managing your projects through the entire lifecycle, you will handle business analysis, defining requirements, and architecting solutions. You will become an expert on the use of LiveOps technology to creatively solve client needs. Your prior experience in a client facing customer support, business analyst, or professional services role will allow you to hit the ground running.

 

Solid organizational and communication skills, with the ability to effectively multitask multiple client requests daily is key to success.

Responsibilities

    • Translate client business needs into clear technical requirements.
    • Fully own and multitask the execution of multiple client programs, including troubleshooting and debugging.
    • Identify internal inefficiencies and drive process improvement and innovation.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve LiveOps service delivery and performance.
    • Respond to client requests for operational support, and troubleshoot issues.
    • Monitor Processes, investigate discrepancies, and conceptualize improvements.

Qualifications

    • Strong communication skills (written and oral)
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Ability to multitask and juggle multiple programs and clients simultaneously
    • Integrating Systems and understanding data transfer technology. 
    • Data analysis experience is beneficial
    • Problem solving and project management skills
    • Ability to work autonomously and make decisions while maintaining a team-focused atmosphere
    • Ability to read and understand technical documents, such as xml input/outputs
    • BS/BA from an accredited 4-year university
    • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of applications

Workers in this position will be in a general office environment and required to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds while operating office equipment and conducting daily duties.
